DIRECTIONS:

This product comes in 200 mg dose capsules. We recommend first time users to start with a 200mg dose (1 capsule). Allow 30-60 minutes for full effect before another dose is considered.

    I’m still working out my dose/timing. I put my muscle relaxants away after the first dose. For as long as I can remember my jaw, neck and shoulders have been permanently tense. Painfully so, causing bad posture, headaches etc. They are not perfect now but I don’t need the pain killers. 😃
    My mood has lifted somewhat.
    New Mood contains 5HTP. It is not recommended to take 5HTP when on SSRI’s ie. Prozac unless under the supervision of a doctor(due to serotonin syndrome). So I have reduced my Prozac intake by 40mg and with New Mood I can’t tell!
    When I get it all figured out I’ll write another review.

    So I stopped taking these and tried using dried mushrooms. Various kinds. These capsules work better, maybe due to the other ingredients.
    Also, new routine, I take one 4 days in a row and 3 off. Works great!!!
