What can I say but WOW! First off my order was quicker than planned. Now I wanted to see what the effect would be to help me sleep and I was not disappointed. I slept a solid 8 hours which has never happened for me. The only side effect possibly on this was I did wake up with a bit of a dry mouth. I did not wake up with any grogginess. Love this product and would highly recommend it.

So got my second order of this and WOW what can I say again but WOW! For starters, it got here earlier than planned and this even was better than the first time for me. If you need a product to help you chill at night and relax or simply help you sleep this might just be the one for you.
